For Patients Wishing to Receive Medical Care in a Language Other Than Japanese
Our clinic is generally unable to provide consultations in languages other than Japanese. When communication in a non-Japanese language is required, we may use translation tools such as Google Translate; however, this can result in longer appointment times and may make it difficult to ensure the safe delivery of medical care. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept patients who require consultations in languages other than Japanese.
Regarding English and Chinese: In some cases, our staff may be able to assist patients in English or Chinese. However, to ensure safe and accurate medical care, an additional fee of ¥5,500 (out-of-pocket) will be charged at every visit.
Please also note that patients who do not hold a Japanese health insurance card will be required to pay the full cost of treatment out-of-pocket.

When weekday consultation days are reduced due to public holidays or extended breaks (Golden Week, Obon, year-end/new-year), we may hold extended Saturday afternoon clinics from 15:00–18:00.
